Independent trainers, coaches, and venues publish their schedule behind an access code. Ask them for their code (or scan their QR) to see their schedule and book your spot. Booking as an athlete is free; Providers manage their schedule with a monthly subscription.
I can't join a schedule. Codes look like ABC-123. Ask the Provider to re-share it; the QR code renews itself every 60 seconds, so a screenshot of a QR won't work — the typed code always does. Also check that you are connected to the internet: looking up a code needs a connection.
Do I need iCloud? To book a real schedule or to publish your own, yes: UArena uses the iCloud account already signed in on your iPhone (Settings → your name → iCloud), with no separate login. Without iCloud you can still browse the app and try the demo schedules.
My booking says "Awaiting confirmation". The Provider reviews and accepts each request. You'll get a notification when it's confirmed. If you don't receive notifications, make sure they are allowed in Settings → Notifications → UArena and that you are signed in to iCloud. You can always see the current status in the bell inside the app.
How do I add the widget? Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap the + button, search for "UArena", and choose "Next booking" (for athletes) or "Today's bookings" (for trainers and venues). You can also add it to your Lock Screen. The trainer widget never shows client names.
The widget shows no bookings or an old one. Open UArena once so it updates the widget, and check that you have an upcoming booking (the trainer widget only shows today's). Widgets refresh on their own every so often, but iOS decides exactly when. If it still looks wrong, remove the widget and add it again.
Siri and Shortcuts. UArena adds four actions: "Book a spot", "Next booking", "My bookings", and "Today's bookings". Find them in the Shortcuts app by searching for "UArena". The voice phrases for Siri are currently available in English; in other languages, run the actions from the Shortcuts app.
Where are all my bookings? On the athlete side, tap "My bookings" (next to "Back home" and "Edit"). It lists your upcoming bookings from every schedule, with their status.
I need to cancel or change a session. Cancel from "My bookings" or from the time slot in the app; it asks you to confirm before cancelling, and the trainer or venue is notified. For anything beyond that, contact your trainer or venue directly — every session is an agreement between you and them, and UArena does not mediate or manage those arrangements.
Subscription. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
To see what UArena stores and how to delete it, read the Privacy Policy. You can also write to contact@uarenaapp.com and ask us to erase your information.
UArena is a scheduling tool only. It does not vet trainers or venues and is not present at any session. Meetings arranged through the app are private agreements between you and the other party, at your own risk — see the Terms of Use. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
